Homebuilding Industry Issues

The Voice of the Housing Industry
One of the functions of the Acadian Home Builders Association is to be the voice of its members when it comes to important legislative issues. AHBA monitors the interests of your business and the homebuilding industry by supporting all pro-housing legislation on the local, state, and national level. The association is your political watch dog and advocate. In addition to these efforts, the Louisiana Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders work closely together lobbying Baton Rouge and Washington, D.C. lawmakers to ensure they have your best interests at heart. Parade of Homes

The Acadian Home Builders Association is proud to present the 53rd Annual Parade of Homes showcasing the latest in home building design and products. Houses included in the Parade exhibit the hottest trends in architecture, floor layout, building materials, and appliances. Some are also furnished by local interior designers in a wide range of styles. Square footage and prices range from starter homes to estates.
